Grounds work in a form a board can use

We write for the board and the manager, not for a homeowner’s kitchen table.

  • A walk-through with your manager

We meet the manager on site and, if the board asks, a grounds committee.

  • Scope by area

Entry, pool deck, podium, lanai planters and street trees, each listed by area, so the board can approve or cut a line.

  • Work over a deck

We plant over a structure only with the building engineer’s go-ahead, and we ask for it in writing.

  • A schedule for residents

Dates and work areas in writing, so the association can notify residents.

  • A certificate of insurance

Sent to your manager on request, before work starts.

  • A board packet

The scope table, the schedule and the payment stages in one document.

Association questions

Can the crew work around pool hours?

Yes. Tell us the hours and the quiet times, and the schedule is written around them. We say in advance which area is closed on which day.

Do you attend board meetings?

If the board asks, one of us will come to present the proposal. Say so when you request it.

Who notifies residents?

The association does. We give your manager the dates and areas in writing.

How are payments handled?

The proposal sets the stages. A deposit schedules the work, stage payments follow it, and the balance is due when the manager has walked it.

Ask for a proposal

Send your manager’s name and the areas you want covered.
